What is cancellation and refund policy?
Merchant business’ cancellation and refund policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process.
- Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances after started using the product.
- Any cancellations to the order payment shall be made before 30 days of the actual time of payment to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made after 30 days.
- You need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel the purchase and to refund the paid amount. We will deduct the processing fee from the paid amount.
